AI SEO AGENCY · AI SEARCH VISIBILITY

YOUR BUYERS ASK AI FIRST. ARE YOU THE ANSWER?

An AI SEO agency for contractors, home-service companies, and multi-location operators. We make your business the one ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI name when a buyer asks who to hire.

Your last three customers asked an AI about your industry before they called anyone. You have no idea what it said.

WHAT AI SEO ACTUALLY MEANS

AI SEO IS NOT SEO DONE BY AI. IT IS BEING FOUND BY AI.

Search for an AI SEO agency and almost every result will tell you the same thing: they use machine learning and predictive analytics to do SEO faster. Read that again. It describes how the agency works. It says nothing about whether a buyer ever finds you.

The change that matters happened on the other side. Your customers stopped typing keywords and started asking a question in a sentence. The response is not ten links. It is a short answer naming two or three companies, and a decision largely made before anyone visits a website.

So the job is not ranking. The job is being the company the model names.

That is a different discipline. Ranking is a contest of relevance and links. Being named is a contest of trust: can the system confirm who you are, does anything outside your site back it up, and is what you published specific enough to quote.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY SHIP

FOUR THINGS DECIDE WHETHER AI NAMES YOU.

In this order. The first one gates the other three, so it is the first thing we look at and usually the first thing we fix.

Everything depends on this

Crawler Access, Fixed First

Four crawlers decide whether an engine can see you live: OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot, and Googlebot. Training-only bots are a separate choice. Most robots.txt files block by keyword instead of by bot name, catching the wrong one. We check every line first, because everything else is downstream of it.

Entity Clarity

An engine will not recommend a business it cannot confirm exists. We wire the entity graph so your company can be cross-checked: consistent identity across your site, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, BBB, and trade associations, published in a form machines read rather than only humans.

Answer-Shaped Content

Pages that get cited answer a specific question directly, near the top, with numbers attached. We restructure your service pages around the questions buyers actually ask, then publish the depth that earns the citation instead of the thin page that never does.

Reputation Machines Can Read

Most businesses have real reviews that no AI can parse, because they live in a widget rather than in structured data. We publish your rating and review volume where engines read it, which is often the fastest single improvement available.

HOW THE ENGAGEMENT RUNS

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

Weeks 1-2

Foundation Audit

Crawler access checked line by line, schema inventory taken, entity consistency benchmarked across every account tied to the business, and a starting citation count pulled across all five engines.

Weeks 2-6

Entity + Crawler Fixes Ship

Robots.txt corrected by bot name, structured data deployed and cross-referenced, and your Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, BBB, and trade association listings reconciled to one consistent identity.

Month 2-4

Content Rebuilt Answer-First

The highest-intent service pages get restructured around the specific question a buyer asks, with the numbers and specifics that make a passage worth quoting instead of skipping.

Ongoing, Monthly

Citation Tracking + Iteration

Every engine checked monthly, reported alongside rankings and impressions, tactics adjusted engine by engine as each one changes what it weighs.

None of this runs on a fixed script, because the five engines do not update on the same schedule and do not weigh the same signals. What stays constant is the order: access before entity, entity before content, content before tracking. Skip a step and every step after it does less.

THE PART NOBODY TELLS YOU

AI VISIBILITY IS A FOUNDATION PROBLEM WEARING A MARKETING COSTUME.

Every one of those four is a property of your website and the systems underneath it, not of a campaign. That is why more ads do not move it, another blog post does not move it, and the agency you have been paying may have made no difference to it at all.

It also means something more useful: fix it once and it holds. This is not a spend you repeat forever to stay level. It is a foundation, and a foundation is an asset.

Which raises the question almost nobody asks their agency. Whose asset is it?

Most companies never intentionally build digital assets. They accumulate subscriptions, vendors, and disconnected tools, and one day discover the website, the domain, the tracking, and the customer data are spread across accounts nobody on the payroll controls. Nothing went wrong. Nobody was dishonest. It simply accumulated that way.

WHO THIS IS FOR

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT FOR EVERYONE.

Saying who this works for is more useful than another list of what we do. Here is both sides, plainly, before either of us spends six months finding out the hard way.

A good fit

  • A business with real reviews and real completed work behind it. AI citations amplify a reputation, they do not manufacture one.
  • A business willing to commit six months, because entity and crawler fixes take time to register across five separate engines.
  • A business that already owns its website, or is ready to build one, rather than renting a page on a platform it does not control.
  • A business already getting real inbound calls, where the goal is protecting and growing a proven channel, not inventing one from nothing.

Not a good fit

  • A business that wants a guarantee a specific model will name them. Nobody controls that, and anyone who promises it is guessing.
  • A business with few or no reviews and no track record to point an engine toward. That is a reputation project first, an AI visibility project second.
  • A business that wants a single citation and nothing else, with no interest in the foundation underneath it. There are cheaper ways to chase a screenshot.
  • A business locked into a platform or vendor contract that will not let it own its own domain, schema, or accounts. The foundation work will not hold on rented ground.

None of this is a judgment. It is a match question, and answering it honestly on the front end saves both sides a wasted six months.

NAMED PROOF

REAL CLIENTS. REAL NUMBERS.

+137%

Google impressions in 90 days. The Yaros Company, Hamilton NJ.

+53%

Impressions month over month. Anthony Pennacchi & Sons, Palm Beach FL.

We report named clients and real Search Console data, not anonymized case studies and not vanity metrics. If a month is flat we say so and explain why.

WHAT WE CANNOT PROMISE

THE CEILING, STATED PLAINLY.

Any agency claiming it controls whether ChatGPT names you is not being straight. Nobody sits inside the model. What you control is the foundation: crawler access, entity clarity, and content that answers the question directly. What you do not control is the engine's final call.

A second honest number: most citations inside AI answers point to third-party sources, review platforms, directories and trade publications, not your own website. Publishing more of your own pages has a real ceiling once your site already answers the questions buyers ask.

What we can promise is the work.

The foundation ships, the entity graph gets wired, the content goes live, and every engine gets checked monthly with the real number reported either way, up or flat. Anyone selling certainty beyond that is selling something we will not sell you.

TERRITORY EXCLUSIVITY

ONE CONTRACTOR PER TRADE. PER MARKET.

We do not work with two roofers, two HVAC companies, or two plumbers competing for the same customers. When you sign, your trade plus your market is locked. Market means your real service footprint: typically a county or metro area, defined in writing in your agreement. Your direct competitors cannot hire us.

If you sign

Your trade and market lock. Every call we generate in your territory is yours. No split attention, no conflicts of interest, no working both sides.

If your competitor signs first

Your trade in that market is closed. We will tell you directly and we will not build a similar system for anyone else inside that footprint.

FAQ · AI SEO AGENCY

WHAT OWNERS ASK BEFORE HIRING AN AI SEO AGENCY.

Last updated July 2026 · Reviewed by Nick Peist, Founder

What is an AI SEO agency?

It makes your business visible inside AI-generated answers, not just inside Google's list of links. When a buyer asks ChatGPT or Google AI who to hire, the model names a handful of companies. This is the work that decides whether you are one of them. Note that most agencies use the phrase to mean using AI tools to work faster, which describes their process, not your outcome.

How is AI SEO different from regular SEO?

Regular SEO competes for a position in a list. AI SEO competes to be the answer. Traditional search weights backlinks and title tags; AI systems weight whether they can confirm who you are and whether your content answers the question directly enough to quote. They overlap, but they are not the same job.

Does AI SEO replace traditional SEO?

No, and anyone who says so is selling. Google still sends real traffic and the Map Pack still books jobs. What changed is that many searches now end without a click, so ranking first on a page nobody clicks is worth less. We run both, because the same foundation feeds both.

How long does AI SEO take to work?

Crawler and structured data fixes can change what an engine sees within days. Citations typically start appearing in 60 to 90 days, and compound from there. Anyone promising you a citation next week does not control the model and is guessing. We set that expectation before you sign rather than after.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend my business?

No, and nobody can. A guarantee is the clearest sign you are talking to someone who does not understand the system. We guarantee the work: the foundation ships, the entity graph gets wired, and citations get tracked monthly across every engine, reported either way.

What does it cost?

AI visibility work runs $5,450 per month, six-month minimum, then month to month. That covers AI search, answer engine, generative engine, and local SEO together, because splitting them into separate line items would be an invoice trick rather than a methodology. If the work is not compounding, you should not be paying for it.

What happens to the work if we stop working together?

You keep it. The website, code, schema, domain, analytics, and every account stay yours, and another team can pick them up without us. Most of what agencies call your marketing is rented from them, which is why leaving costs so much.

Who is this actually for, and who should skip it?

It fits a business with real reviews, real completed work, and the patience for six months while the foundation registers across five engines. It is a poor fit for anyone chasing a single guaranteed citation or locked into a platform that will not let them own their domain. We would rather say so on the first call.

What is the difference between being indexed, ranked, and cited, and does it matter for pricing?

Yes. Indexed means a crawler found the page. Ranked means it holds a position. Cited means an AI system named your business inside a generated answer. Most AI SEO pricing is really SEO pricing with a new label, sold against ranking. We report against citation.

Do you block or allow AI training crawlers like GPTBot?

Your call, not ours. GPTBot and Google-Extended are training-only, separate from the live crawlers that actually serve citations. We tell you which is which and you choose whether to opt out of training. What we will not do is let a blanket robots.txt rule block the crawlers you need.

Digital Due DiligenceThe question nobody asks

AI visibility is built on a website. If the website is not yours, what exactly are you building?

Most owners have never been asked. Nobody hands you a checklist when you build a digital foundation.
