How Much Does Wildfire Media Cost?
Growth and Operations is $5,450 per month for one market, with a one-time build starting at $6,800. That single number covers AI visibility, SEO, a custom website, and a custom system. Additional markets are $1,450 per month each. There is a six-month minimum, then it moves to month-to-month.
What Is Included in the Monthly Price?
AI visibility, SEO, your website, and the system your team runs on, in one number rather than four invoices. No tiers holding useful things back, and nothing withheld to sell you later. AI voice answering is the one service priced on top, because it is a separate build with its own setup.
How Much Is the AI Voice Agent?
Quoted on the call rather than listed here, and that is not evasion. What it costs depends on how much the agent has to know: your services, your pricing rules, your service area, and where an urgent call should go. There is a setup fee and an amount added to your monthly, and it is meaningfully cheaper built alongside a website.
Why Is There a Build Fee on Top of the Monthly?
The build covers the custom website and the base system, and it is one-time. Building it properly and handing you ownership of it is different work from running it month to month, so it is priced separately rather than buried in a longer contract.
What Happens After the Six-Month Minimum?
It becomes month-to-month with thirty days notice. Six months is the point where the work has had time to launch, gather data, and show a real trend, and it is not a lock-in beyond that.
What Do I Own if I Leave?
The website, the content, the rankings that live on it, and your customer data. It is registered in your name from day one rather than transferred at the end, so leaving is a matter of removing our access, not recovering an asset.
How Much Does It Cost to Add a Second Location?
